Who We Are
Kate Carruthers and Nancy Georges are two passionate amateur political enthusiasts with diverse backgrounds and perspectives. Kate brings a deep understanding of governance and systemic structures, while Nancy, a communications strategist and grassroots advocate, offers a fresh, on-the-ground perspective of how policies impact everyday lives.

Politics doesn’t have to be confusing, divisive, or boring. At Making Sense of Politics, we believe that informed citizens are empowered citizens. Our mission is to demystify the political landscape, explore the stories behind the headlines, and foster meaningful conversations about the issues that shape our world. Whether you’re a political junkie or just starting to dip your toes into the political waters, this podcast is for you.
